teams tab enhancements

• Remove the drop down menu, instead add a mini section with title Previous Years hyperlink on text "2024" at the bottom of the page.
• Make the title 2025 Organizers
• Shuffle the team members
• Remove the dark bg from team images.
• Enlarge the frames.

Removed the separation, made a one big team members page. Removed the dropdown menu.

Loading images for team members is taking incredibly long time. Can someone look into this bug? @shansitads @dgzct11 @mashcodes10
