Exclude entities

Is there anyway to exclude entities from auto discovery?

I have Philips Hue bulbs that are great that they are just added.
But I also have Shelly Plug S, which has it's own power monitoring.
Is there anyway to exclude Shelly from generating a sensor

Actually these sensors are created quite recently as it's a recent addition.
It will only show the power used by the Shelly Plug itself, as the shelly plug does not account for that.
When you don't want this I think you can just disable the entity and it won't be created again.
