Do I have to restart HA at each Powercalc entry change?

Is it necessary to restart HA to reload my newly configured Powercalc config each time I make an adjustment?

When you use the YAML configuration, yes you always need to restart on changes. This is not something I can change unfortunately, it's the HA architecture which constraints this.
If you use the GUI configuration you don't have to restart.
