Add support for Philips Hue Impress Pedestal

I've contacted Signify/Philips support.
They have confirmed the Hue Impress Pedestal and the Hue Impress Outdoor Wall light (signify 1742930P7) are the same. Only difference is the design.

I hope you can add support for the Hue Impress Pedestal to Powercalc.

That's cool! Yes should be possible. You might want to go ahead and make a PR yourself, which will also make you contributor.
You can use the linked_lut property for this, see here for an example:

That will allow to have a separate directory (and entry in supported models list) for the Hue Impress Pedestal but reuse the LUT files of 1742930P7
