This is not a solution as # just means the line of code won't be executed anymore.
But it's good to know for me it's working for you when you comment this line.
But I made a new potential fix with #1730, where the throttle only applies to the energy sensor and not the power sensor anymore.
Could you try with latest beta v1.7.0-beta.3 please?

When you redowload or install another version with HACS the line should be overwritten again.
Could take a bit for beta 3 to appear.
You could also redownload / reinstall master, that will contain the same code.
