HMIP-BDT updating standby usage by measuring

@bramstroker After my measuring setup is tested (#2986) and I am satisfied with the results. I started to measure the first of my earier additions. Technical documentation declared standby_power(_on) at 0.4W.

My measurements taken using a 7.61W (stable) dummy load, resulted in

standby_power: 0.32W
standby_power_on: 0.38W

This would still be in the error margins of any normal tools. I would also guess that temperature would be an influence. Oh well, and the V*A=W equation which leads on household sockets to another error margin compared to lab conditions which were probably used at the manufacturer.

My question is: Should I still create a pull request for devices where the measurements are this close to the ones from tech docs?
What are the margins you would suggest for changing the current values?

I would suggest not to. I rather would add the measurements to the measure_description with an additional comment.

@dagobert are these 0.32 - 0.38 reproducable everytime.
i.e. is the standby power on always 0.06 or 0.05 higher?

Yes, I now measured multiple times. The standby power itself is between 0.32W and 0.37W stb_pwr_on is always 0.05W higher.

Then I would say to go with the measured consumption as it's expected for standby_power_on to be higher than off.
Also manufacturer specs are rounded at full decimal, as I see on all their models.

OK. I will measure standby average multiple times and user the average of this for the corrections.
