Can't print images in Sunmi Printer Plus 2.1.3

I am using Flutter 3.7.0.
So I have to use sunmi_printer_plus v2.1.3
But I have a problem that black board is printed instead of image.

Uint8List byte = await readFileBytes('assets/images/receipt_logo.png');
await SunmiPrinter.printImage(byte);

Thank you for your issue @TalentKingPython , can you try to run the example in the example folder in the git package to see if its your image the problem ?
i have 2 examples there to print via asset and via network, and both print very well,

the image must be white background , can you do this test and then come back to feedback?

Problem

When trying to print images with Sunmi printer, getting PathNotFoundException for asset files:

Uint8List byte = await File(Assets.imagesLogo).readAsBytes();
await SunmiPrinter.printImage(byte);

Expected Behavior

• Load image assets correctly for Sunmi printer
• Print images alongside Arabic text

Environment

• Flutter version: 3.7+
• Package: sunmi_printer_plus: ^4.1.0
• Platform: Android
• Asset path: assets/images/logo.png

Attempted Solutions

1. ✅ Added readFileBytes() helper method
2. ✅ Imported required Sunmi enums and styles
3. ❌ Asset path still not accessible at runtime

Questions

1. How to properly load Flutter assets for Sunmi printer?
2. Should we use rootBundle.load() instead of File()?
3. Are there specific image format requirements for Sunmi printers?

This is more flutter related than package related , did you checkout my example in package?

You are trying to read core asset files bundled with Flutter using a normal file path in the file directory —ofc it's not going to work.
You need to read the Assets files using Flutter rootBundle
