Add way to track tile execution period

Considering the entire spatial extent for Brazil using more refined grid (BDC_SM) we should add way to tracking down the tile period execution.

For example, generating data cube from tile `089098` from `2021-01-01` to `2021-12-31` (16d => 23 periods). If any period fails, we should tracking the exception cause in general instead looking in `activities` table.
