xlsxio_xlsx2csv.exe - app of command line #132

Hello...
great command line tool.
I don't know if I'm doing it right, but xlsxio_xlsx2csv.exe doesn't import .xls.
I could make this adjustment so that it's both xlsx/xls that does this import to .csv.
