Move to batch ask, batch execute #2
Description
At the moment the process needs some supervising, because the main() part of dotfiles iteratively asks if you'd like to do something, then does it, then moves on to the next thing, and so on. It would be faster/easier if it asked everything up front, and then just did it, showing progress along the way.
