Report which variants were used?

Hi,

Is there an easy way to determine which variants in a vcf were used by the ancestry classifier? I could write a script to do this with the included .sites file but just wondering if this functionality already exists and I am missing it.

Hi, this functionality does not exist, you'd have to modify the peddy code to do this.
