Hello! First of all, thank you for sharing this super useful code! I would like to try using your script on an exome-sequenced trio example that you have analyzed in your paper. I understand the ARUP cohort exome trio data is unavailable. Could you please share with me the exome data and results for a trio with recessive inheritance so that I can cross check if I get the same results?
