Refactor test suite scripts #295
Description
I added a function to run brian2cuda's test suite via brian2cuda.tests.run in PR #291, but I didn't change the test suite scripts in the brian2cuda/tools/test_suite directory. Those should use the new test function. Requires a bit of clean up of the print buffers in the scripts, but otherwise this is the same function.
