Repository adding seems obtuse or broken

I created my second project and am following the instructions trying to add repositories to that project, but not seeing a way to do it. I can "upload" a file on one screen, but what structure should the file be in?

When you are logged in and click on the project name, you should see under "Current repositories" a number of buttons: "Add a single repo", "Import from cgit", "Import from Gerrit", and "Import from GitHub". The simplest case is to click "Add a single repo" and paste the direct link to any git repo.

The upload screen is purely for importing and exporting when moving between Facade instances - e.g., should be very much the exception rather than the rule.
