[BUG] "Launch Minecraft" exported pack incomplete.

Summary
The pack that is added the Minecraft's development packs when this button is clicked, does not contain everything that the pack actually contains, instead it only includes blocks and scripts & excludes everything else like items, entities.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a pack with some stuff in it.
2. Click "F5" or use the "Launch Minecraft" button.
3. Go in a world with the pack.
4. Observe things are missing.

Observed behavior
Things are missing from the development pack.
Expected behavior
All things in the pack should be included.
