Add support to authenticate users against GitHub Enterprise

This is a nice to have, and I'm assuming GH Enterprise can be used as an identity provider in the same way that GH itself can.

One complication is probably that we don't have a GH Enterprise license that will easily allow us to develop or test this.

This really isn't a high priority item, but if anyone wants to voluntarily tackle this, they are welcome to.
