Score: 87/100 (A-)

1. Medium - Insecure Random Number Generation

   • Using Math.random() instead of crypto.randomBytes() for any security-sensitive operations

2. Low - Missing Rate Limiting

   • No rate limiting on tool invocations (minor for most use cases)
