Update platform requirements to match RadiantKit minimums #139
Description
Summary
BushelKit needs to update its minimum platform versions to match RadiantKit's requirements.
Required Platform Updates
RadiantKit now requires:
- macOS: 15 (was 14)
- iOS: 18 (was 17)
- watchOS: 11 (was 10)
- tvOS: 18 (was 17)
- visionOS: 2 (was 1)
- macCatalyst: 18 (was 17)
Action Items
- Update platform versions in BushelKit's Package.swift or platform configuration
- Test that the package builds with the new minimums
- Update any documentation that references minimum platform versions

This update is needed to align with RadiantKit's platform requirements from the 34-appstorage-optional-date branch:
