Execute launch day announcements and Day 2 follow-ups across social media and communities.
Days: Day 1 (Launch Day), Day 2 (First Follow-ups)
Day 1: Launch Day
- Post announcement on:
- Twitter/X
- Any other social media channels
- Post in 2-3 relevant communities where you're already active (e.g., MicroConf Connect, SaaS subreddits)
- Email waitlist to let them know the product is live
- Publicly thank/tag early supporters and ask them to share the launch announcement
Day 2: First Follow-ups
- Reach out personally to first few users — welcome them and let them know there's a human behind MonthBar
- Offer personal office hours/demo sessions to help new users get started
- Post a quick "Day 1 recap" update on social
