Days: Day 5 (Review Feedback), Day 6 (Expand Reach), Day 7 (Plan Next Week)
Day 5: Review Feedback
- Look at analytics: where are people dropping off?
- Post a "5 days in" reflection (get personal about what launching means to you):
- Twitter/X
- Any other channels
- Review survey feedback and social media responses from new users
- Start planning week 2 based on what you've learned
Day 6: Expand Reach
- Ask your audience, network, and current users to share MonthBar
- Post on social media AND send individual requests via email
- Email your list with a summary of everything learned this week
- Thank/tag early supporters again
Day 7: Plan Next Week
- Review the week's numbers (signups, activation, usage)
- Make a list of the top 3 things to fix/improve
- Send personal thank-yous to folks who helped
- Send a feedback request email to active users
- Celebrate! Launching is a big win!
