Improvement: Show PNG on display #6
Description
Add a display method to show picture (png, jpeg) on a display. Also need a fuctionality to scroll pictures (left-right, up-down)
The image should initially appear in the entire display while maintaining the aspect ratio, however, it should be possible to zoom in on the image.
If the "Frame" display does not allow displaying all RGB colors, then the pixels in the image should change to as close as possible to the available colors. Or use a black and white filter.
