Update stuck at 99%, after that I'm no longer able to connect to the device

Hello, I'm excited to try frame, but I met some issues and couldn't use it.

The first time I connected to the glasses successfully, then the app asked me to update, which I did. The update stuck at 99% forever, so I closed the app and reopened. Since then, I can no longer connect the glasses. I've tried resetting it, didn't work.

Any suggestions? I can provide information if needed.

This happens if the Frame is kept docked during the update (it turns off after it's done hence the app gets stuck)

Make sure Frame is charged to start with and then take it off to dock during the update

hm if you dock Frame and then put it on charge, does the app connect?
