Close but later departures should not be preferred to further away but sooner ones

Late at night, it's common for express lines to start running local. For example, the 4 train might stop at Astor Place at 1am. If you're looking at the map at midnight, and you have both Union Square (usually express) and Astor Place (usually local) in your map, we'll show the 1am departures at Astor, even though it would make more sense to show the midnight departures at Union Sq.
