Incorrect Results When Analyzing JUMP CPG0016 Source 13

I am currently using the pipeline from the "Morphological Map of Under- and Overexpression of Genes in Human Cells" to analyze the original JUMP data. Specifically, I have successfully run the JUMP_analysis_v3.cppipe on JUMP CPG0016 Source 4, and I obtained correct results.

However, I'm experiencing issues with Source 13, which does not have Bright Field images available. To address this, I removed all operations related to Bright Field images from the pipeline. Although the pipeline runs without reporting any errors, the output results are still incorrect, as demonstrated in the attached figures.

Please kindly provide an official pipeline for JUMP CPG0016 Source 13. Thank you!
