Question: How to find not longer used entities

Hi everyone,

while alternating zone configs we got more and more orphaned or zombie entities (zones and aliases) which are not not longer used.

I tried to determine these unused entities by the facts, but there is no flag like in the Web-GUI.

So my question is, how to query unused aliases and zones to create a list for the remove tasks?

I had the same issue. I retired from Brocade about 2 years ago. At that time, there wasn't a solution. I  have a script that generates a report that flags them and a script that has a special purge feature to clean them out. It does not use Ansible and is not Brocade supported. If the Brocade folks don't have a solution yet and you need something sooner, let me know.
