Workflow with real browser = chrome

Q1. I need to know how to open a workflow while using a real browser = chrome?.  In browser use, we have an option to define the path of the real Chrome and test it.

Q2. You should now have your built extension artefacts in extension/.output/chrome-mv3/ what is the usages of extension Let's say I added the extension to chrome then how can I trigger it ?
