Javascript didn't install with package #7
Description
For some reason the Javascript files didn't get setup with the package. I added it myself but following the basic setup of the file you have listed the javascript file would be named wrong either way. the bcms_content_rotator.js is not needed as any user should have already setup jquery properly which would have been included in the application.js.
Also in the Javascript as well.
Jquery at least for me will not work when using the '$' to call jquery. I have to replace the $ with jQuery to make jQuery work correctly.
