Packaging recent changes.

There hasn't been a release since merge #17 which means that the improved update mechanism isn't available in the AUR package for this project. I've made a PKGBUILD to install from master (which I can copy in this issue if you like) but I didn't want to submit it to the AUR if you want to stick to a fixed release model. Could you add a release for the latest changes and update https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gnome-shell-extension-installer?

Sorry, I don't have access to a Linux machine right now, so development here has stalled. But if someone sends a PR fixing #18, I can use a VM to release a new version.

I don't think it makes sense to release a version before that.
