Connect Vue application with springboot backend api #8
Description
We need to configure vue application to be able to call gamearena-api.
Works might be needed to setup vue router, or some api lib (i.e. axios)
Acceptance criteria for this task is Vue application being able to call /countries backend url and show list of countries.
