Missing Currencies

It would be nice to have support for more currencies. In particular I would personally like the option for AUD.

It may be good to separate this out into two categories, one for when using fixer.io for automatic conversion, and one for when not using fixer.io where you can just manually type in a custom currency unit.

If using Fixer.IO, it supports getting all supported currencies, so this could be used to dynamically generate the list of all supported options:

@misskacie Thanks for the suggestion, didn't know that Fixer offers that, I'll look into it and see if I can include a dynamic approach in the next major release. I'll def get AUD added right away.
