Description
Current the Sensitive field is "What is determined to be personal information can be from a big list of all defined personal information categories from all jurisdictions. ( this indicates that it is possible depending on where parties are that this is sensitive)”
In the law their is the requirement when sharing to provide at minimum to the data subject the categories of information shared. As well, in many jurisdictions their are additional notice and administrative requirements for the collection, storage and processing of Sensitive catagories of PI. As all of these requirements are out the scope of the MVCR the change proposed here is to:
Add some common SPI categories to the consent receipt and have an (Add +) option so that these fields can be extended?
