1. When the website screen is not at maximum the input fields go across the rendered receipt, obstructing the view. This is a problem when working at some resolutions. Can these resize with the size of the window? Is this an easy thing to fix?

2.. Is it possible to do re-order the UX for the rendered receipt according to the latest revisions?
