[FEATURE] configure listening port

defaults to 8333 which conflicts with default bitcoind p2p port, would like to be able to configure the headers service to an alternate port

PS: I just tired to run it locally so it worked fine there. and one more thing you could have mentioned in docs that when you send the auth tokens in swagger you need to prefix it with Bearer <auth_token> .
