BSV Desktop Address Issue

This may have been on a previous version, not sure.

Created an account in the BSV Desktop.
Saved Recovery Key.
Saved Seed phrase.
Created Password.

Got to the wallet page and sent some BSV (0.5) to the address and seemed normal.

The app then logged me out and I can not recover the account. Previously it recognised the seed phrase with a tick but could not recognise the recovery key.

This is the address it loaded in BSV Desktop which I sent to.

Two emails to tell me that there's tools to make this work and links to other pages but nothing I can see that helps? (all want to access my account for me)
I've tried again on the new version (0.8.17 with no success.
Was this an issue with the previous versions? I just need to know if I can retrieve the BSV in the address using another Wallet interface because I cannot access it through BSV Desktop. (I'm not a coder)

Grant, thanks for reporting this.

Please delete the recovery key from your posts here. That is private info, much like a mnemonic. Posting publicly leaves your account compromised.

Keep it privately. We may be able to recover the 0.5 BSV, but I'll need to know your configuration.

If you used a mnemonic presentation key then it will have been saved to your device in a hidden directory called ~/.bsv-desktop/mnemonic....

If you have that, we can recover the presentation key.

If you used a WAB then we can use your phone to auth using an OTP to recover a presentation key.

The question remains - did something go wrong during funding which means we lost a UMP token and perhaps do not have some initialization key material...

Maybe. In which case this is a critical issue we have to resolve before it happens to anyone else. Any details on your onboarding config would be appreciated.
