Top25 rating bias

Noticed in simple rating python script there isn't a full SRS model yet. 

I think by doing a simple iterative loop to account for weighted  losses  by team strength. 


team_rating = median_loss_margin - median(opponent_ratings)

Also would suggest we update to account for blowouts so it doesn't take as much weight.
