btcd v0.25.0 assets missing

Many thanks for the latest release v0.25.0.

The GitHub page is currently still missing the compiled tarballs for the different platforms:
https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/releases/tag/v0.25.0

btcd v0.24.2 lists 38 assets:
https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/releases/tag/v0.24.2

I assume some GitHub publishing pipeline did not run.
