MIT License with Commons Clause and Revenue Sharing Agreement

1. The Commons Clause

2. Revenue Sharing Agreement
   Any commercial use of the Software or its derivatives must adhere to the following revenue distribution model:

   a) Original Creator (70%)
      - Original software development
      - Intellectual property rights
      - Platform maintenance and updates

   b) Contributing Partners (30%)
      - Feature development
      - Content creation
      - Platform enhancement
      - Community support

3. Attribution Requirements
   - All copies or substantial portions of the Software must include the above copyright notice
   - Clear attribution to ElevateYourSoul must be visible in the user interface
   - Any modifications must be clearly marked as such

4. Redistribution
   - Redistribution of the source code or derivatives must maintain this license
   - Must include prominent notice of the revenue sharing requirements
   - Must maintain all copyright and attribution notices
