phiPlot visualization issue

Hello.
Thanks for this great package to visualize and explore bgc output.
I'm having a visualization issue with the phi plot that I haven't been able to figure out.
The image seems to be missing the portions of the curves extending from hybrid index = 0.95.
Can you help?

I am having the same issue from 0.75 onwards. Did you manage to solve the problem ?

I have already run BGC and plot BGC results. Do you how to get the outlier SNP position in each chromosome?

In the file of get_bgc_outliers, there were two column named "alpha/beta.excess" and "alpha/beta.outlier", what's the difference between these two values?
