Add Binance exchange support

Add Binance, one of the world's largest crypto exchanges, as a supported exchange for the Infinity Grid trading bot by implementing exchange adapters that conform to the existing interface contracts.

Requirements

• Add exchange-specific adapters
• Use existing data structures
• Adapt to the existing testing framework
• Ideally not using further third-party packages

Acceptance Criteria

• Binance adapters implement all interface methods
• Tests achieve >90% coverage
• Integration test scenarios pass on Binance
• All existing strategies work with Binance
• Documentation complete with setup instructions
• No breaking changes to existing functionality

You can either make your changes locally or within a fork. For adding any changes to the repository, especially looking at this issue, I recommend discussing ideas or proposing a concept first before starting the implementation. All changes to this repository will need a pull request going through the review process.
