Add Option for In-App UI Language Selection #219

What feature do you want?
A drop down box in the Settings which allows the user to change the language of the app within the app itself.
Why do you want this feature?
Some devices (like mine) don't support switching languages or at least, switching system language does not reflect back in the apps as well. Additionally, some devices may not have all languages available which the application has already been translated to thus making the user depend on the app itself for translation. (Sorry I cannot afford a newer device w/ Android 13 atm.)
