Accented characters are treated oddly by search #139

Not sure exactly what's going on, but if you search for tag:anguttara you get the AN suttas, but if you just search for anguttara it doesn't return the tags. If you search tag:nibbna you get both the accented and unaccented tags, but if you search tag:nibbāna you only get the unaccented one... This is all very strange...
