BP Messages (template notices) for Logged-Out Users - Review for Possible Alternative Methods

@r-a-y submitted a ticket, Template notice not displayed for logged-out users when clicking on email unsubscribe link - 9301 regarding an unintended consequence that occurred with the last security release. The scope of ticket 9301 is limited to the messages (template notices) conveyed to logged-out users during the process of unsubscribing to various BP emails.

I asked if there where other messages (template notices) that were related to logged-out users and @r-a-y provided 3 more areas of concern (see reply 8 of ticket 9301) which were:

• Registration
• Activation
• Account Deletion

However, the 3 indicated areas appear to be outside of the scope for unsubscribing messages and further analysis will have to conducted to make sure that the messaging isn't related to unsubscribing; meaning there may be a need for a separate ticket to find remedy for these situations.
