Regex in buf.yaml

I want RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE lint ignore_only to apply for all protos directly inside all directories by the name foo.

For instance:

1. foo/test1.proto - RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE should apply to this file
2. dir1/dir2/dir3/foo/test2.proto - RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE should apply to this file
3. dir1/foo/dir1/foo/anothertest.proto - RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE should apply to this file. Even though the director hierarchy has 2 directories by the name foo, the file is directly located in foo. So, this is valid.
4. foo/dir1/test4.proto - RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE should NOT apply to this file. 'cause test4.proto is directly not under a directory named foo.
5. dir1/dir2/test5.proto - RPC_REQUEST_RESPONSE_UNIQUE should NOT apply to this file for the same reason as above.

How do I achieve this using buf.yaml ??

Hello! So this is something that has come up in the past and we've taken a stance of not supporting globbing/regex behaviour in buf.yaml (past issue for reference: #233). As cited in the issue, this stance stems from the fact that we want the behaviour in buf.yaml to be as explicit and simple as possible and regex/globbing introduces complexity.
