Need to change file Frontend structure to FSD approach: https://feature-sliced.design/

TODO:

• - implement FSD structure
• - use Composition API
• - add checkers and rules to block wrong changes
• - update pre-commit checkers for VSCode's and JetBrains' IDE ui commits
