Add ability to set timestamp on breadcrumbs.

Unlike notify, which takes in a callback to do future mutations to an event, the breadcrumb API does not. This prevents a call to leaveBreadcrumb from, for example, overwriting the time of the breadcrumb.

Breadcrumb also lacks an api to change/set the timestamp unlike the regular events.

Please can you let us know a little more about your use case for wanting to overwrite the timestamp on a breadcrumb? Would being able specify a timestamp manually in a call to leaveBreadcrumb suit your use case, or are you looking to overwrite breadcrumb timestamps in a OnBreadcrumbCallback?

Sorry, lost track of this. Similar to #2257 we report some items collected by other systems in the app to breadcrumbs out of band/lazily. In order to keep a consistent/correct ordering, we'd need to set the original time the event happened at.
