Mouse pointer is hidden on move when "Click to show menu" is enabled

What are you running on?
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/84.0.4147.135 Safari/537.36

Expected behaviour?
When the "Click to show menu" option is enabled, moving the mouse on the Monitor page should show the cursor even though clicking is required to show the menu.

Actual behaviour?
The mouse cursor is not visible (except over links to the projects)

Steps to reproduce?

1. Enable "Click to show menu" option
2. Go to the Monitor page
3. Move the mouse

Removed the "good first issue" label, as I think this is a little more complicated than I realised.
