Implementation reports are outputing full path to files

Not sure if just me but the files in [spec]/implementation/ are being generated with full paths to files in my system instead of relative.

Should we add some guidance about it to https://github.com/buildermethods/agent-os/blob/b34c54d4c73cfd8ddd54d59bfdf458a743312352/profiles/default/workflows/implementation/document-implementation.md?
