Parallel Task Execution Namespace / Class Name Collisons

First off thanks for making this open source. I have a huge project to extract business logic from a Winfoms app. Agent-os is doing a good job. The issue i ran into is the parallel tasks are creating namespaces and classes with colliding names. I have to go back post execution and have Claude clean up all the errors. I am solving this by creating naming_conventions document for all the tasks to follow.

Perhaps naming convention document creation could be part of planning or spec creation.

I had Claude create a naming standards document like this one. Claude adds it to all the sub-agent tasks and no more wasted time cleaning up name collisions.
