AgentOS with Skills and Web Claude Code

hi. I must say that I really love your agentOS. It really works amazing on my local machine, but now that anthropic released the online version of claude code. I was wondering how to implement the workflow in the GitHub repository as the base instructions are in a folder that is not related to my project. Thanks for clearing that up.

Also, I was wondering if implementing agent OS as skills would even improve the whole experience and make it possible for a sub agents to only fire up MCPs if they are actually needed to save on context
