1-initialize-spec.md recommends non-existing 2-research-spec.md workflow

Context: Mainly using Claude Code with Agent OS, with a bit of Codex without it. And I have just enabled the Agent OS commands: true to use Agent OS with Codex as well.

Was running the numbered-workflows; each numbered-step manually...

I ran the 1-initialize-spec.md and at the end of the run, it instructed me to NEXT STEP 👉 Run the command, 2-research-spec.md, which doesn't exist. I think it meant 2-shape-sepc.md. Correct?
